65-L0010/B

Cement and mortar specimens need to be prepared in suitable moulds compliant with dimensional and hardness requirements specified in the Standard. Appropriate vibrating tables and/or jolting apparatus will achieve optimal compaction of cement and mortar specimens, thus delivering the correct mechanical properties.

50 mm three Gang Cube Mould

The dimension is compatible with ASTM C109. Made from steel, precisely machined.

Jolting Apparatus

Each single requirement is individually checked and verified.

Three Gang Moulds 40x40x160 mm, EN 196-1

Used to produce the mortar specimens for compression and flexural tests.

Three Gang Plastic Moulds 40x40x160 mm

Used to produce the mortar specimens for compression and flexural tests.

Vibrating Machine for 70.7 mm Cube Moulds

allows each sample to be vibrated at 12000 cycles per minute in accordance with the specifications
